Refunds for digital downloads

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the files have been downloaded.

If you receive an incorrect, corrupt, or incomplete file, or the delivered files differ materially from the product description, please contact collectjapanstudio@gmail.com with your order number and details of the problem. We will first help you access the files or provide corrected files at no additional charge. If we cannot resolve a confirmed problem, we will provide a refund where appropriate.

No physical return is required. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law or mandatory platform policies.

This policy applies to purchases from our Shopify store. For purchases on Etsy or Gumroad, refer to the policy shown at that store.
